Philip Lichter has worked in insurance for over 38 years. Moving from working in an agency while he was a college student to founding his own successful insurance agency, Philip has developed his precise knowledge in insurance to help his clients and educate them on insurance. Alongside his knowledge of the industry, Philip’s dedication to his clients drives his compassionate business operation standards.

A dedicated team member, Heather has been working at our NY location since 1999. She works tirelessly to provide her clients with the best insurance options available and prides herself in educating her clients about the details of their coverage. Heather is also proud of her Buffalo roots and lives in the city with her dog Chance.

She graduated from the University at Buffalo with a degree in Mediterranean History with a concentration in Latin. She can also recite all the states alphabetically (in song form only).

Numbers are the way to Madison's heart. In fact, she's a Statistics major at Arizona State University, and studies show that she is 100% dedicated to our clients! When she's off the clock, you'll find her eating chicken fingers and then burning them off by running around the soccer field. Although she may not know exactly where the future will take her, her ultimate goal in life is simply to do something she loves and is passionate about.

Kat is our most dedicated agent. Kat has been in the industry since two-meowsand nine and is an expurrt when it comes to insurance. No insurance pawlicy is too challenging for Kat, and our toughest cases are often delegated to her. Her meowtstanding customer service skills and lovable face make her a customer favorite and she receives many refurrals. In her spare time, she enjoys power naps, being pet, and getting into cabinets she should not be getting into.
